Dominic is the owner and founder of Sweet Tea Properties. When you contact Sweet Tea Properties he is the one you’ll be meeting with!

Dominic began his military journey in 2011, enlisting in the United States Air Force. His career took him all over the world to various countries. His last active duty station was here in North Carolina. He and Jessica loved it so much they decided to stay here and make it home. He continues to serve his country and the great state of North Carolina through the Air National Guard. He has been buying and fixing up homes in the North Carolina area since 2016 and enjoys the opportunity to help rebuild and restore local communities.

Jessica

Jessica is co-owner of Sweet Tea Properties. She does all of the background work to keep our schedule running smoothly and keep our customers happy!

Jessica was born and raised in South Africa. She came to the United States on a cultural exchange program in 2013. Dominic and Jessica met in Washington DC in 2014 and fell in love! She bravely followed Dominic around the world with his military work and loved their last duty station in North Carolina so much that they decided to call it home. She is currently a full-time student and mentor at the University. She loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals.
